How to prepare Supersoil / Living Soil Dogma Organics — step by step
TOP DOGMA TIP — Pre-activation
It is not always necessary to pre-activate Supersoil / Living Soil before use. Pre-activation becomes more important the more developed the plants being transplanted are, as they already have a significant root system. In the case of transplanting rooted plants in limited volumes — and therefore with a not yet highly developed root system — it is actually recommended not to pre-activate the soil and instead allow the process to occur naturally and gradually, accompanying the plant’s growth.
Step 1 — Mix
- combine the neutral potting soil with Supersoil 4 Components according to the proportions indicated on the packaging. Mix thoroughly until you obtain a homogeneous blend.
Step 2 — Add Root Connection
- distribute Root Connection into the mix at a rate of 5 g per 10 L of substrate. Mix again to distribute it evenly.
Step 3 — First hydration
- bring the substrate to proper moisture using dechlorinated water, irrigating patiently with misting or a very gentle watering can.
- it is better to water one extra time with small amounts than to soak the substrate with a single excessive irrigation. The substrate should be moist but not saturated.
Step 4 — Activation with Molasses
- prepare a solution with Pure Molasses at 0.5 ml/L and apply it to the substrate by misting. This initiates bacterial micro-life activation.
Step 5 — Place in pot and close
- transfer the mix into the pot and lightly compact it without overdoing it.
- it is not necessary to divide the substrate into individual pots immediately: you can activate it all together and divide it after maturation.
Maturation period — how long to wait
- Minimum: 2 weeks
- Ideal: 3–5 weeks
- Forest-like smell, white mycelium, and soft substrate indicate full maturation
- Every 3–4 days: check moisture and add a small amount of Molasses 0.5 ml/L if needed
Transplanting
Step 1
- fill the pots with the prepared substrate
Step 2
- create a hole suitable for the root ball
Step 3
- moisten the sides with water + Molasses 0.5 ml/L
- add Root Connection 5–8 g per plant
TOP DOGMA TIP
- first watering with water + Molasses 0.5 ml/L + Root Connection 10 g/L
Step 4
- place the plant gently
Step 5
- close and lightly compact the substrate
The first days after transplant
- possible growth pause of 5–10 days
- maintain 60–70% humidity and 22–26°C
- avoid overwatering
GOLDEN DOGMA TIP
- better small amounts of water more often than too much all at once
Vegetative phase
- water using the lift-and-feel technique
- Molasses 1 ml/L once per week starting from week 2–3
- steady growth and substrate drying in 2–4 days
Pre-flowering
- Root Connection 10 g/L
- surface Ecobiobooster + Molasses 0.5–1 ml/L
- Zeolite spray 5–10 g/L (last application)
Flowering (operational summary)
- Week 1: only water
- Week 2: Ecobiobooster tea + Molasses 1 ml/L
- Week 3: Top Dress Flo + Root Connection
- Week 4: only water + single Molasses irrigation
- Week 5: second biological tea
- Week 6: final nutritional boost
- Week 7: only water
- Week 8: bio-flushing
- Week 9: only water + harvest
Harvest
- observe trichomes to determine maturity
- slow drying in the dark
- store substrate for regeneration
First cycle result
- quality already superior to mineral growing
- second cycle becomes easier
- increasing yield with regenerated substrate
